EXECUTIVE CLASS
(As low as $ 250.00 / month)
The "Executive Class" Plan is intended for one or more people. This plan option is ideal for individual operators, or key owner-executives situated in a high tax bracket.
If you’re the sort of Executive business owner who doesn’t like having limitations imposed on you, and want the best you can afford, then this may be the right plan for you because the plan design combines health care coverage with catastrophic event insurance, which further protects you and/or your executive team against financially devastating medical expenses. There are no pre-set maximums. Choose exactly where to spend your dollars for you and/or family, such as: Orthodontics, Dental implants, Laser eye surgery, etc.
BENEFITS
This plan design allows you, as a successful business owner, to pay medical and dental expenses in the most tax effective way possible -- and write-off up to 100% of health expenses, using the pre-tax dollars of the company.
You’re able to gain the fuller value of health benefits, while also deducting the full cost of health expenses to the company as an allowable business deduction to reduce taxable income for the company.

- Paramedical Practitioners such as Acupuncturist, Chiropodist, Podiatrist, Chiropractor, Clinical Counsellor, Dietician, Massage Therapist, Naturopath, Occupational Therapist, Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker & Speech Therapist
- Vision Care including Laser Eye Surgery, Contact Lenses, Glasses & Examinations
- Medical Facilities including Hospitals, Convalescent Homes & Substance Abuse Facilities
- Medical Devices such as Orthotics, Hearing Aids & CPAP machines
- Nursing Care to help you recuperate in the comfort of your own home
- Expenses Related to Disabilities including special programs tuition, tutoring and home or vehicle modifications- Dental Services
- Orthodontic & Major Services including Dental Implants
- Out of Country Expenses for non-emergency expenses while travelling

RATES
Please call for premium rates, as this plan type is very robust and the standard premium rates set for single or family coverage increases from ages 70 to 79. Note that the minimum annual contribution is $3,000 (paid as monthly contributions).
There are no pre-set maximums.
Premiums are based on anticipated expenses and the plan operates on a budgeted Administrative Services Only (ASO) basis. In other words, you will pay the same amount each month. If contributions exceed claims at the end of the year, there is a surplus in your account. If claims exceed contributions at the end of the year, there is a deficit in your account. The surplus or deficit belongs to you and will be reconciled at the end of the benefit year.
Every month you will receive a financial statement so that you can see how your plan is performing.

ENTREPRENEUR

The “Entrepreneur” plan option is intended for three (3) or more people and is ideal for addressing your requirements when there’s a need to provide coverage for owners and/or employees within your organization.
BENEFITS
Minimum benefits for Extended Health Care coverage includes ALL of the following:
- Prescription Drugs ($1 Million lifetime maximum per person)
- Semi-Private Hospital Room ($150 per day; 30-Day maximum per year)
- Out of Country Medical ($5 Million maximum; 60-Day maximum per trip)
RATES
Unlike traditional plans that scrutinize each owner or employee profile, rates are the same, regardless of age, gender, occupation, or income. This plan can be setup for the first three (3) people for a premium as low as $199.11 per month.
Monthly premium rates start at just:·
- $66.37 / month for each single person
- $151.39 / month for each family coverage

FLEXABILITY
This plan design is scalable and can be structured to grow as your business does, so that you can quickly add and manage owners, partners, or employees. You can also have people assigned to customized classes of benefits, allowing you to assign different types of benefits to different people within your organization. For example, you might have certain plan options in place for owners, another for your administrative team, another set of plan options for your sales team, and another for production workers, etc. – since each team may have their own needs. After all, a “one size fits all” solution may not be appropriate in your particular situation
